Common questions

I lost access to my account

Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page to reset by email. If your email no longer works, contact support and we'll verify your identity another way.

The microphone won't record

Check that you've granted microphone permission. On iOS go to Settings → Milo → Microphone. On the web, click the lock icon in your browser's address bar to manage site permissions.

Transcription isn't working

Make sure your recording is clear and at least a few seconds long. Background noise and very short clips reduce accuracy. If it still fails, email support with the rough time the recording happened so we can check our logs.

Generated posts don't sound like me

Visit Settings and adjust the personality sliders (humor, sarcasm, casualness, etc.). You can also paste a few of your existing posts under Style Analysis and Milo will learn from them.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. We permanently delete your profile, recordings, transcripts, generated posts, presets, and writing samples. The action cannot be undone.

Is my voice data used to train AI?

No. Milo uses Groq as our AI partner, and Groq's API terms state that customer data is not used to train their models. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

I found a bug

Email support with a description of what you did, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots or a short screen recording help a lot.

I want to report a problematic post

Inside the app, tap the flag icon on the post. Or email support with the post text.
